Denial of motions to disclose the identity of an informant, quash a search warrant, and suppress evidence are affirmed where: 1) the government did not procure a breach of the attorney-client privilege when lawyer became confidential informant against defendant; and 2) in camera hearing on motion to quash is proper when defendant believes informant was his lawyer and police procured breach of privilege.
