People v. Petrisca, B188294

Order recusing the entire L.A. District Attorney's Office from prosecuting the case against defendant is reversed where: 1) there was no evidence that any conflict of interest existed; and 2) the trial court failed to apply the correct legal standard for recusal required under Penal Code section 1424.
