Denial of an extension of time to vacate the forfeiture of a bail bond under Penal Code section 1305.4 is reversed where defendant surety showed that during the initial 180 days after notice of forfeiture it had been diligently attempting to locate and capture the criminal defendant whose release was secured by the bond.
