California Court of Appeal
Holden v. Los Angeles City Ethics Comm'n, B170359
A decision of the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission finding violations of campaign financing law becomes final, for purposes of the statute of limitations set forth in Code of Civil Procedure section 1094.6, when, at a public meeting, the Commission adopts findings and an order supporting its decision. Because plaintiffs filed their petition for writ of mandate more than 90 days after the Commission adopted the findings and order they sought to challenge, the petition was properly denied on the ground that it was time-barred.
