California Court of Appeal
Pieri v. City & County of San Francisco, A110571
A requirement of reasonable relocation assistance compensation for displaced tenants does not violate the Ellis Act. Grant of a petition for writ of mandate in a challenge to a municipality's relocation assistance ordinance is reversed where the trial court erred in concluding that the ordinance facially violated the Ellis Act.
