California Court of Appeal
Jones v. Gregory, G030347
A judgment holding defendant, a corporate officer, individually liable for his corporation's delinquencies in paying outstanding wages, expenses, interest and penalties in a suit brought by the Labor Commission on behalf of unpaid employees is reversed pursuant to defendant's contention that state law does not support imposing personal liability on corporate officers or agents as "employers."
