An order granting an Indian tribe's petition to transfer a juvenile dependency proceeding to a tribal court pursuant to the Indian Child Welfare Act is affirmed where the tribe was entitled to the transfer notwithstanding that the Secretary of the United States Department of the Interior had not approved its tribal court.
