A judgment of conviction for second degree robbery and second degree burglary is ordered modified pursuant to claims that a consecutive sentence on the second degree burglary count violates a prohibition against multiple punishments, and that defendant was denied effective assistance of counsel with regard to restitution and parole revocation fines.
