California Court of Appeal
People v. Vasquez, B181422
A conviction and sentence for first degree burglary, attempted forcible rape, and assault with intent to commit rape is affirmed over claims that a conviction of assault with intent to commit rape is a lesser included offense of attempted forcible rape, and that the trial court erred in not staying imposition of the sentence for the assault.
