People v. Fisher, B181560

Certification of defendant as a mentally disordered offender is affirmed over claims that the trial court erred when it required him to wear leg restraints in the courtroom and that he was denied the right to counsel and forced to represent himself when the trial court refused to order his attorney to try the matter before a jury.
