Bandt v. Bd. of Retirement, D044999

Denial of a petition for writ of mandate challenging a Board of Retirement's decision to adopt an interim actuarial valuation of plaintiffs' pension fund is affirmed where the Board did not act against the interests of its members in adopting the interim valuation, and, thus, the Board did not act unconstitutionally.
