Summary judgment for defendants under the doctrine of primary assumption of risk in an action involving injuries from a snowboarding accident is reversed where there was a triable issue of fact whether a defendant's conduct was so reckless as to be totally outside the range of ordinary activity involved in the sport of snowboarding.
