Summary judgment for defendant-employer in an action under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA) is affirmed where defendant's reassignment of plaintiff-employee, police officer, to a temporary light-duty position to accommodate an injury did not create an obligation under FEHA to make the temporary assignment available indefinitely once plaintiff's temporary disability became permanent.
