Pizarro v. Lamb's Players Theatre, D045890

Dismissal pursuant to a demurrer to a complaint alleging violations of the Unruh Civil Rights Act for age discrimination is affirmed where defendant-theatre company's offering discount admission prices to "baby-boomers" to attend a musical about that generation did not involve an arbitrary class-based generalization protected by the Unruh Act.
