Preliminary injunction restraining defendants from facilitating or encouraging prostitution or providing a place where prostitution can occur on their premises is affirmed where the trial court had jurisdiction to issue the preliminary injunction, and the city attorney had standing to bring an action under the Red Light Abatement Law and unfair competition law.
