Armenta v. Osmose, Inc., B174806, B177501

Judgment entered against defendant-employer in an action alleging violations of California's minimum wage law is reversed in part as to the trial court's calculation of waiting time penalties under Labor Code section 203 where such penalties should be assessed by arriving at a daily wage using the minimum wage claimed by each plaintiff.
