Klussman v. Cross Country Bank, A108572

Order denying defendant's motion to compel arbitration of class action claims under unfair competition and consumer protection laws pursuant to the parties' cardholder membership agreement is affirmed where a hidden waiver of the right to bring classwide arbitration was unconscionable.
