Defendant'conviction for financial abuse of an elder is affirmed over her claims of error regarding: 1) prosecutorial misconduct; 2) violation of her right to counsel; and 3) ineffective assistance of counsel. However, a reimbursement order for public defender fees is reversed for insufficiency of the evidence.
