Defendant's conviction and sentence for dissuading a witness by force or threat, weapon possession, and burglary is affirmed over defendant's claims of error regarding: 1) denial of a right to meaningful access to the courts; 2) absence of a waiver of counsel's conflict of interest; 3) sufficiency of the evidence; and 4) sentence enhancement.
