Viva! v. Adidas, A106960

Summary judgment for defendant on unlawful business practice claims involving shoes made from kangaroo leather is affirmed where, under the circumstances, Penal Code section 653o is preempted by federal law and by general federal objectives of kangaroo conservation under the doctrine of conflict preemption.
