Judgment for defendants on battery and civil rights claims pursuant to Heck v. Humphrey, 512 U.S. 477 (1994), is reversed where the record did not show that plaintiff's civil rights cause of action necessarily implied the invalidity of his prior conviction for obstructing police officers in the course of their duties.
