Lowry v. Gutierrez, B177605

The contents of a call to police from an anonymous cellphone user gave police reasonable cause to briefly stop a motorist's vehicle for purposes of investigating reported erratic driving, and this evidence may be admitted at a subsequent administrative hearing to suspend the motorist's license.
