Bronco Wine Co. v. Jolly, C037254A

Business and Professions Code section 25241, which prohibits the use of a brand name with the word "Napa" on the label of a wine product unless at least 75 percent of grapes used to make the wine are from Napa County, is a valid regulation of inherently misleading commercial speech.
