U.C. Regents v. Benford, G034108
An anti-alienation provision in plaintiff's pension plan, which prohibits a nonemployee spouse who predeceases the working spouse from bequeathing his or her community property interest in the plans, is valid and does not conflict with Fam. Code, section 2610.
