California Court of Appeal
DIXON v. CITY OF LIVERMORE, A100310
In a suit for personal injuries sustained in a helicopter crash, the trial court incorrectly concluded that the helicopter company's negligent acts cause plaintiff's injuries, and, consequently, there is no basis to hold defendant-City vicariously liable for the company's negligence.
