VAN KLOMPENBURG v. BERGHOLD, C045417

A judgment enjoining defendant from maintaining gates across a private roadway easement owned by plaintiff is affirmed over defendant's contention that the trial court erred in failing to consider whether the gates unreasonably interfered with plaintiff's use of the easement.
