Defendant's conviction and sentence for murder is affirmed over his challenges that 1) he was denied due process as the result of an unduly suggestive pretrial identification procedure, 2) there was insufficient evidence that defendant was the direct perpetrator, and 3) the sentence imposed constitutes cruel and unusual punishment.
