California Court of Appeal

PEOPLE v. PICADO, A102251

Defendant's assault convictions and sentence enhancements for gang affiliation are affirmed over his challenge that the trial court erred in imposing consecutive sentences for each felony conviction and enhancement since he was only convicted as an aider and abettor based on a single underlying act and objective.
