PEOPLE v. CALHOUN, D042645

Defendant's conviction for vehicular manslaughter with gross negligence is affirmed, however, his sentence is vacated where his Veh. Code section 20001(c) enhancement does not apply to persons who do not personally or directly commit the underlying offenses.
