California Court of Appeal

PEOPLE v. CORELLA, B163370

Defendant's conviction for corporal injury to a spouse is reversed where the trial court erred in excluding victim's statements at a preliminary hearing, which was prejudicial because it resulted in the jury hearing only half of the critical evidence.
