Plaintiff's suit to modify a martial dissolution judgment, based on the increased value of defendant's pension benefit, is dismissed where the stipulated judgment completely resolved the division of the pension benefit and thus the pension benefit is not a partially omitted asset within the meaning of Family code section 2556.
