Defendant's rape conviction is affirmed over his challenges that 1) the trial court violated his constitutional rights of compulsory process and confrontation, 2) the prosecutor committed misconduct in arguing to the facts and circumstances previously ruled inadmissible, and 3) the trial court violated his right to a jury trial.
