JARA v. SUPREMA MEATS INC., A102820

Judgment in favor of plaintiff's suit against the majority shareholders of a corporation is reversed where defendants' promise to plaintiff, stating that it would not increase officer compensation without approval of all shareholder, is unenforceable for lack of consideration.
