MARTINEZ v. CHIPPEWA ENTERS., INC., B166231

In a slip-and-fall case, summary judgment to defendant-property owner, on grounds defendant had not owed plaintiff any duty of care with respect to the open and obvious condition of water on the ground, is reversed where the ruling did not accord with the relevant law and the facts presented were insufficient to determine the nonexistence of duty.
