California Court of Appeal

WILBANKS v. WOLK, A101100

The trial court's order to strike plaintiff's defamation claim as a Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation is reversed where plaintiffs made a sufficient showing of a probability of prevailing and, consequently, the trial court erred in granting the special motion to strike and awarding defendant attorney fees.
