In plaintiffs' suit, alleging fraud related to misrepresentations made by defendant, both the district court's directed verdict for plaintiff's on their statutory claims in the amount of tuition and fees paid and the jury decision that plaintiffs did not satisfy the damages element of their fraud claims are affirmed.
