California Court of Appeal
URSHAN v. MUSICIANS' CREDIT UNION, B160176
In a claim for unpaid debt, where only two days was given to prepare for a summary judgment motion, the Court ruled that a trial court does not have authority to shorten the minimum notice period for hearing a motion for summary judgment in the absence of the parties' consent.
