KESMODEL v. RAND, B165072

Court affirmed plaintiff's recovery for false imprisonment after defendants falsely claimed he was a "peeping Tom" and placed him under citizen's arrest. The lower court did not err in imposing joint and several liability, or in denying defendants absolute immunity.
