Trial court abused its discretion in ordering defense counsel to provide subpoenaed materials to the prosecution. If defense counsel introduces evidence at trial relating to these documents, or calls any witnesses named therein, she must comply with the reciprocal discovery provisions of Penal Code sections 1054 et seq.
