Juvenile court erred when it granted mother's motion to set aside the jurisdictional findings based on the appointment of a guardian ad litem. Mother could not move to vacate a final order of the juvenile court in dependency proceedings absent a petition filed per Welfare and Institutions Code section 388 and proceedings in accordance with that section.
