SWIFT v. DEP'T OF CORRECTIONS, D041404
Per Government Code section 845.8, parole agents are immune for actions related to the determination of whether to revoke parole. Defendant was properly found to be immune from plaintiff's claims, all of them premised on actions taken pursuant to the parole revocation process.
