JORDAN v. ALLSTATE INS. CO., B164112
Though the policy exclusion for "wet or dry rot" includes the Poria fungus that attacked plaintiff's home, additional coverage is provided for a collapse caused by "hidden decay." Summary judgment for defendant is thus reversed, and the matter remanded to determine whether "imminent" collapse satisfies the additional coverage provision.
