KAPNER v. MEADOWLARK RANCH ASS'N, B163525

Plaintiff has not acquired a prescriptive easement over the areas that he enclosed and took possession of by his improvements. The law does not allow parties who have possessed land to ignore the statutory requirement for paying taxes by claiming a prescriptive easement.
