PEOPLE v. OSBORN, C042750

Defendant, cited for suction dredging into the bank of the Klamath River, was properly enjoined and fined for substantially changing the bank without notice in violation of Fish and Game Code section 1603. Section 5653.5 does not exclusively govern where suction dredging may take place once it is allowed in any particular river, stream or lake.
