PEOPLE v. BLACK, B166421

Defendant's nolo contendere plea may not be set aside even though it was entered more than 60 days after the district court's conditional order of release was entered. The fact that he had not been retried within the time frame specified by the district court order is not a ground for reversing the judgment.
