When a nonspecified person files a petition seeking a probation report per Penal Code section 1203.05, the subject of the report is entitled to notice and an in camera hearing concerning any personal information he or she does not want released; if a hearing is sought, then the court may, at its discretion, redact personal information after balancing the subject's confidentiality interest against the potential benefit from its release.
