PEOPLE v. PARTIDA, B161356

Defendant's conviction of first-degree murder is affirmed. Since the prosecution elected not to make an actual gang allegation, extensive testimony about gang culture was admitted in error; given the strength of the admissible evidence, however, the error was harmless.
