California superior court properly discharged the attachment on defendant's San Diego assets. When the Korea Supreme Court rejected the tort theory of liability underlying the Korea judgment, that judgment became uncertain as to both legal theory and damages amount, and therefore is not "conclusive" in Korea within the meaning of Code of Civil Procedure section 1713.2.
