Because Penal Code section 417(b) applies only to proscribed conduct occurring on the grounds of a day care center or other youth facility, defendant's felony convictions for exhibiting a loaded firearm are invalid. Evidence supports a misdemeanor conviction under section 417(a)(2)(B), however.
