California Court of Appeal
GOLD v. GOLD REALTY CO., B169072
Trial court did not abuse its discretion by appointing a receiver to implement judgment requiring dissolution of corporation and liquidation of its assets. The appointment of a receiver to sell property that is the subject of a dissolution order is merely procedural and does not affect the substantive rights of the parties, and the availability of other remedies does not preclude appointment of a receiver.
